Cancellations and Refund Policy
We try to make shopping with us smooth and worry-free.
1. Return Eligibility
· Item must be unused, in original packaging and included price tag.
· Return request must be raised within 5-7 days of delivery.
· Complete unboxing video showing the issue is required.
· Returns without video or outside the return window will not be accepted.
2.Non-Returnable Items
· Items marked “final” or “non-returnable”
· Opened personal care, health, or hygiene products
· Perishable goods or wax-based fragile items
· Customized, made-to-order, or digital products (unless defective)
3. Return Process
· Contact us within 5-7 days of delivery.
· Provide order number, reason for return and unboxing video.
· Pickup may be available in select areas; otherwise, self-ship.
· ₹100 return and restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
4. Exchanges
· For defective, damaged, or wrong products.
· Size-related exchanges allowed for eligible products (subject to stock).
· Must be requested within 5-7 days of delivery.
· One exchange per order.
· ₹100 handling fee may apply for size exchanges.
5.Refunds
· Processed after returned product passes inspection.
· Prepaid: Refund to original payment method in 8-15 business days.
· COD: Refund via bank transfer(NEFT or RTGS) or UPI.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable.
· No refund if product is used, packaging is missing, no video provided, or return fails inspection.
6.Cancellations
· Allowed only before shipping.

7. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
· Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video.
